Bar Brasserie le Parisien - Dole

We were not planning on going to Dole. Our car broke down and we found ourselves there for the day. After walking into the heart of town, we chose this restaurant for some lunch. What a lucky choice! This place is FANTASTIC! The server was very kind and attentive. We ordered the special of the day even though he could not translate it into English. It turned out to be the most delicious mussels we've ever had! For dessert we tried the chocolate mousse terrine, which was delicious. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We stopped for an impromptu lunch with no expectation but wow!!! The ordinary looking French Brasserie served us a fabulous set lunch of pork cheeks. The service is also very relaxed and friendly. Great find!!!!!
