Kfc - Dodge City

Didn’t have chicken to make a chicken sandwich, ran out of biscuits so I got mashed potatoes. They forgot my Mac Cheese that I paid for they closed down and threw everything away. Printer for receipts was broken. Didn’t say my order back to me. KFC has been doing really bad lately. Last time I went they gave me someone else’s order and charged me for it again for my meal. Chicken wasn’t cooked properly and fries were soggy and cold.

Instructions are not hard. The service one can expect from this chain appears to be going the way of the quality. That asset bottomed out three years ago and shows no signs of recovery.

Not bad for dodge City....staff smiled and friendly. very comfortable living for some so out of place....wish I could check dodge City...lol....big place....fresh eating. I liked.

Kfc always has the best chicken breast sandwich. friendly staff and short waiting.

Kfc is my place for fried chicken. Eating and serving are always great.
