It's good! I'm glad they're running this operation. They have a system in place ... Food was good. Service was polite and prompt. Steak was tender ......

Felt like a steak and (what do you know) Dodge city has plenty of steak restaurants. Decided on Casey's Cowtown bc it looked like a fun relaxing atmosphere....

Service was horrible, our server was Nicole. She took 20 minutes to get our drink order, that?s only because I had to bother the host and ask if we had a server. Our waitress did not check on us once to see if we needed any refills and to see how we were doing but I noticed she checked on the table next to us multiple times had a completely different attitude. Could not answer any questions we had, did not know how many wings we were able to get or wing sauces there was. Me my husband both had steaks and the food was amazing until I noticed my 5 year old daughter ate most of her uncooked chicken strips, still completely raw. I then let her know about our uncooked chicken strips, did not remove from tab or at least give discount. on top of that charged an extra $4 just for using debit card to pay. I am not one to complain or ever waste time on writing reviews, but my daughter has been up all night throwing up I would like to make everyone aware to always check ur child?s food even if it looks fully cooked.

Super cool establishment but the food was 2 stars at the best, steak was good but green beans were cold and roll seemed to be from the day before. My husband had a burger and he said it was super dry almost like it was boiled : I really had high expectations for this place given all the memorabilia that was all over the walls.
