Billy Sims Barbecue - Dodge City

I highly recommend the Full Rack Platter and the Pulled Pork Sandwich Combo. Both dishes were absolutely outstanding! The food was top-notch, and the service was impeccable, making for an excellent dining experience. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, adding to the overall charm of the meal. A fantastic choice for dinner!

I was disappointed to find they were out of baked potatoes at 6 PM on a Saturday night. I ordered the three meats with two sides and added two ribs. The chicken was dry, and the pulled pork was also a bit dry, but I really enjoyed the chopped brisket, and the ribs were tender and fell right off the bone. For my sides, I had potato salad, which was quite heavy on the mayonnaise, but I loved every bite of it. The baked beans were decent. I finished off the meal with some sweet tea. Overall, it was a dine-in dinner experience.

I went for takeout to get the MVP, but my experience was disappointing. The employees were quite rude, and I could barely hear the cashier. They handed me the entire loaf in its bag, which was a bit confusing. Whenever I had a question, it felt like they didn’t want to bother answering. Since it was my first time there, I honestly don’t think I’ll return. To make matters worse, they forgot to include a rack of ribs in my order. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant!

Ordered through Door Dash as we were traveling through and hotel bound. Meat was delicious. Couldnt eat try the sides or dessert because the restaurant didnt include any silverware and forgot some of our sides. When we contacted them to see about getting them replaced, they said a manager would run them over. We waited 90 minutes and they never showed. They said they put the items outside the door and notified the front desk. There was nothing outside and front desk hadn't talked to anyone.
