Das Essen ist sehr gut zubereitet. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Rostbraten mit Zwiebeln und Spätzle. Das Fleisch ist hervorragend! In diesem Gasthof finden regelmäßig Dorfversammlungen statt, was die Qualität des Restaurants unterstreicht. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben dem Restaurant. Die sanitären Anlagen sind größtenteils sauber.

The Linde has been in the centre of Dobel for many years. An older, beautifully renovated house in Black Forest style. In quiet, beautiful surroundings there are well-equipped rooms with acceptable price-performance ratio. In the joke we have often said that we want to stay here in the good mountain air, because nothing would be more beautiful than the sound of the city, and to escape the instantaneous heat, but in 20 minutes drive home do not do it. The property is well described on the homepage. But it is also a wonderful guest house that I would like to rate. Now in summer it is nicely quiet here, because Dobel is a winter sports resort. So you can choose your place in the large, rustic guest room. We are best decorated with flower dowels on the quiet terrace that goes back. The menu offers regional dishes, from Schnitzel to Filet and Rostbraten. Vegetarians can choose between cheese spreaders, potato buffer with apple and various salad variations. A senior dinner for 7.90 euros also changes daily. The daily soup is free for any meal. Prices between eleven and fifteen euros. Last time we had carvings with pommes and salad for 11 euros. The soup we refused would have been too much. Everything is freshly prepared with regional ingredients and tastes very good. There is also a rich Vesper card with black forest ham, home maker sausage plate or sausage salad. The atmosphere is cozy, the service flott and friendly, family-run. We feel very comfortable here.
