Przekaż informację zwrotnąOne of the most frustrating experiences ever Starbucks! I asked for light water and had to stop the barista when she filled my venti cup half way up with water. This is after waiting for more than 15 minutes after ordering. There were only 2 people who had ordered before me, but only 1 barista for inside store orders. There were 3 for drive thru who did not help her AT ALL. The inside barista clearly had no idea what she was doing and spent most of the time walking in circles trying to figure out how to make a drink rather than asking for help. The woman heating up the food was fast, but she has no service skills. She would yell out an unintelligible name and then throw the food across the counter. I watched as she literally threw then slid the food that the woman in front of me ordered right off the end of the counter! NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED OR OFFERED TO REPLACE IT!!!! The floor was dirty, there were no napkins out and no one would look up to help a customer. One gentleman customer searched through the cabinets trying to find napkins when no one would stop to help him in spite of his calling out 3-4 times. Finally a young woman who kept filling up the ice bins grabbed a package of napkins and put them on the counter behind the glass partition, just out of reach. The customer had to loudly proclaim, What?! Do I need to stand on a chair and grab open that package if napkins MYSELF??!By the time I received the drinks I ordered my food was cold. WORST SERVICE EVER AT ANY STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN! ALSO WORST QUALITY CONTROL AND CLEANLINESS IS WAS A JOKE. OVERALL AN EPIC FAIL BY THIS DAVIS, CA STARBUCKS. I recommend finding ANY OTHER coffee shop in the UC Davis/Dixon area. Tjis one is just plain YUCK! ?????

Rude employee at drive up window informed me when I pulled up after placing a mobile order that I had not waited at least 10 minutes between placing my mobile order and coming to the drive thru, and told me to wait longer next time because there were other people ahead of me. The drive thru was EMPTY when I arrived. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't placing a mobile order simply make her job easier, as she doesn't have to manually input my order? And isn't the fact that I used the app to order something Starbucks would want you encouraging their customers to do, rather than discouraging it? The one time I did wait 10-15 minutes to come pick up my order, everything was room temperature and had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long while other people came and went, and I would like to avoid that happening again.I still gave three stars because service is usually much better than this and employees are usually much friendlier and faster.
