Foods good from this location but the last time I ordered from there and had it delivered was not so good. The paper bag with my sandwich in it smelled so strong of cigarette smoke I kinda lost my appetite. I threw the bag away and said whatever, doesn't hurt the sandwich I guess. But then I kept smelling it, and realized the smoke smell was literally on the paper drink cup too. They need to tell their delivery drivers that smoking isn't allowed while they got peoples food in the car. Or maybe have their delivery drivers put the food in like a bag kind of like other delivery restaurants do.. Just nasty.

They are very respectful and orders are checked to make sure your getting what you asked for. Thank you and just to add going in in these times it's great to see the how well maintained things are. Very clean. BTW order a #12. on wheat

Co worker ordered a sandwich which came fast enough. must've forgotten to leave a tip (which she always try to do) driver gets here with her food hands her the receipt to sign and before she finished signing he looks at her says you're not going to tip and slams her window shut at our office. She always tips except for this one time she forgot. so appalled. never ordering again.

I've been working here for four years and I've almost gone. 2. the owner is an amazing man. he teaches them more than just work related things, he teaches them also valuable life hours. the gm is very merciful and helpful. I know that since the COVID hook, they had pretty rough spots, but they still try to work it. Jj still beats the place, even after eating frequently for 6 years.

I am a super fan of Jimmy John’s however, very disappointed in my last two deliveries. Two weeks in a row, food was delivered smelling of cigarette smoke. The bag, wrapping of sandwiches, and paper cups—all reeked of smoke. After the first delivery, manager was very apologetic sent new food. After the second occurrence, staff/manager seemed very annoyed with us demanded the old food back. Delivery drivers should not be allowed to smoke while delivering food!! People don’t find food that smells of smoke appetizing, especially if you don’t smoke at all.
