I just think it's worth mentioning if someone wants a sit dinner that doesn't take long. the atmosphere was on the spot for and we enjoyed the stay of sport they had on.
We went on a Thursday evening around 6. It was rather busy but the service was quick. The kitchen took its time with ours apparently. People who came in after us got their wings before us. Over all it was a decent experience for the first time
We ordered online, it gave me a pick up time but when I got there had to wait an additional 40 minutes before I got my food. Then, thought I ordered a chicken wrap but got a sandwich instead, my husband 's order wasn 't quite right either but we were so hungry after waiting that long that it tasted good enough to eat. I get the wait time because it was a Friday night but wow it was hectic in there. And the male host was not very helpful, honestly, I asked him if I could have something to drink while I waited 40 min, he said 'yeah sure ' then never acknowledged me again! Hopefully my tip went to the lady preparing the to-go orders last night- she was working her a off!
Riblets, and Catfish was bomb, but our waitress Alyssa T needs some training on customer service! She seriously had a major case of RBF! When asked what they had for drinks, we shout out a couple names of beers and she said no we do t have those, so then we asked what did they have and she replied” Coke products” really?! Cause it just sounds like we were in search of a soda?! So then we asked her if they had an alcoholic beverage menu and she replied very flatly” No” she didn’t check on our table, we had to flag her down. We are up here from Denver expecting a nice dinner good service,, well minus the poor service. The food was good. The other staff looked just as displeased to be working here just as our waitress. The only person who greeted us with a smile was the sweet girl at the door who seated us. Wished I knew her name to give her props on truly what good Customer service truly is! Maybe y’all should consider having her train the wait staff!
Went with some friends for dinner. The two young ladies at the front not once acknowledged us, they were BOTH trying to fix a to go order. Several waitresses walk past no acknowledgement. After about 10 min of this we walked out. Went to Murray's instead where hostess greeted and we were served properly. Sad I used to like this place, I called to speak with the manager whom we've dealt with personally. Either he was not given the message to return my call, or just didn't bother.
