Nova - Divonne Les Bains

A large wedding group had this venue for there pre-wedding warm up night with many of us travelling long distance to be here. The night was a great night and the chef & waitress were fantastic, very helpful and very friendly....BUTJesse? (not 100% sure if that's his name) who might possibly be the owner, is a crook, a thief, a low life, a dishonest and dishonourable man! He's the man man with longer blonde hair. He purposefully tries to short change or over charge (or both!) people when buying drinks. It happened over and over again many times! He tried charging me 10€ for a bottle of water! Another occasion when handed 20€ for drinks that cost €12, he returned only €2 in change!Unfortunately lots of people are not familiar with the currency and cost of drinks, or were very drunk so this shameful practice often went unnoticed but many of the guests did notice and tried to let others know of this theft. It happened to LOTS OF PEOPLE LOTS OF TIMES.I hope if he isn't the owner then he's fired, but if he is the owner then he does not deserve to be in business as this is no different to a pick pocket stealing money

We did not even get any service and decided to leave after 25 minutes being neglected. The barkeeper/owner told me that this was our choice..... Indeed it was; I refuse to pay a lot of money to be treated like a fool

Surprise surpriseI was expecting a pizza jointThat's what I heard, great pizza.

Having originally being put off by bad reviews we gave it a go and had an excellent meal at a very competitive price! The gentleman who served us was very helpful explaining what we didn't quite understand, the wine was excellent and the ambience was okay. It was very busy, Valentine's night but we didn't have to wait for our food. As a family we would definately go back!!

Been going here a long time and know the staff pretty well now.Must admit we go for a Pizza and a beer so have not tested the menu really .Still we love to go once a month and feel its good value for what it is
