We bought the same order on the main business on the street and their ingredients were full! literally to the last corner of bread. The guys on the beach prepare it could have done better, but still kisses for the delicious meal.
Perfect location. Fried dough flatten out to look like a beaver tail. We personally like the beaver tails with cinnamon, sugar and lemon. The lemon makes it perfectly balanced. Reminded us of having them in Ottawa.
I wanted to get ice in the place. We stood in front of the ice cooler and talked about what we wanted, and I was surprised that we weren't served since nobody was in the store. Someone came to the store, went to the counter and set an order, although we had been there for some time. After the order I asked the person in the register why we were not served. She then told us that we had to order them first and pay them. Why didn't she tell us that before was beyond me. For six single bowls we paid a total of $33.00. On each cone we have a level scoop, probably about 3 tablespoons of ice. After the road a few days earlier we got four times as much ice for the same price. I love pigtails, but never buy ice from them and will be prepared for a bad customer service.
Looking for a yummy dessert or some fries and poutine this is the best place to go! They have 2 locations; a beach trailer with a limited menu and a restaurant on the main strip of Wasagaming with a bigger menu selection. You can't go to the park with out having a Beavertail!
Very slow. I only wanted my brownie beaver tail. And it took them 5-10 minutes it wasn?t even that busy. And they didn?t have my drink in stock. Not the cheapest I?d rather go to Montana?s in brandon. But it?s unique food here.
