Never disappointed, always a great meal and a great welcome

We booked yesterday the day of Easter for a family meal of people. excellent meals, sufficient quantity; Everything was fine until one of our guests was mistaken between meat and fish. immediately we were told in front of everyone that we had to pay a euro supplement for the sandnet that was cooked. A commercial gesture could have been made that we were still people. So we didn't give the servers a tip because we had to pay an extra sandnet. Too bad for them because they're not here for nothing the young man who received us was friendly. However, the boss is cold, remote and takes his clients up. and we would have liked her to come and greet us in the room as it is done in other restaurants. We had already come to lunch before we were thanked and his dry behavior had already cooled us. It's a little disappointed, there's not only the meal that counts, the relationship with the customer is paramount when you're a merchant.
