Gasthof Cafe Restaurant Zur Alten Muhle

We've made a gesture here. late tent with cheese was tasty.Steak can't be ordered.Salat is worth nix. three salat leaves half tomate tone gurke and that swims in own broth.Condition was very friendly.

We were today on a motorcycle tour in the restaurant "to the old mill" in Birken-Honigessen. we were on the road with 14 bikers and had reservations by telephone. we arrived at the most beautiful weather and found a beautiful, off-site restaurant, which was invited to stay. after we had set ourselves to the tables it took beaten 40 minutes (in words forty minutes) until a waitress looked. the young lady was visibly overwhelmed with the order of the drinks. it took another 25 minutes until it has managed to bring 8 caffe (too bitter and per little only two small dolls of condensed milk), a soft beer and 5 cola to the tables. at least she managed to distribute the menus and take the orders of the food on. after beaten 100 minutes, the food came. some had carved with pommes and a supplemental salad, my wife and I had ordered a mixed salad with a little bite breast strip. our table neighbor got his carving first. a small bowl pommes frittes. After he had done some pommes on the teller, the service took the dish and placed it on the side table. it turned out that the pommes was for three orders. the last came the salate we ordered. he looked very similar to that of the others. the same size, a comparable amount of salate leaves. the only differences were only the five pieces of chicken meat, three slices of tomato, one (1) kidney bean and a quarter of a wobble ring. a dressing after choice was not offered, there would be something white over the salat, although we actually want only edgy and oil. to this salad there were two dead and still wabbelige slices toast without butter. after 2 hours and twenty minutes, she then managed to take us off. the salat and a small candy caffe cost per person 12,50€uro (for a couple therefore 25 €uro). for such an order hungry from the table is a unding. after almost 2 1/2 hours we left "the old mill" and will certainly not come again!!! as biker we are used to drive further after 45 minutes, maximum one hour. this indiskutable service has thrown us all day planning together.

Wir haben den Gasthof/Restaurant Aufgrund einer Empfehlung aufgesucht. Das Lokal ist optisch im alten Landhausstil gehalten und versprüht noch den ländlichen Charme der 70er. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen kleinen Biergarten und Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Nun zum Essen: Wir haben beide ein Rumpsteak Madagaskar gegessen. Die Qualität von dem Fleisch war hervorragend. Ebenso die Qualität der Pfeffersoße. Dazu wurden noch Kroketten und Speckbohnen in ausreichender Form gereicht. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen bei einem angemessenem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir waren zu siebt und kehrten nach einer schönen Wanderung in der Alten Mühle ein. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, das Essen hat mega gut geschmeckt (kann man wirklich weiter empfehlen) und die Getränke kamen schnell. Gemütliche Atmosphäre drinnen und draußen. Toll gelegen und eine schöne Ruhe und Stille im Mühlenthal...wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!! ️ Food: 5
