Very interesting to know this winery that besides explaining the entire manufacturing process teaches how to do it respectfully with the environment and with the body.

In the middle of Bodega's Cecchin organic vineyards there is a nice restaurant with colorful and rustic decorations that is apparently the Ideal place to match the wineries excellent organic wines with local and International delicases!!! The chef Victor Hugo, apart from being an Extra...interesting persona, has a classic pfilosophy free from new age molicular and tiring gourmet ideas. Uses real fresh and good products and trying to work on their real savors. Try the trout on butter with Cecchin chardonnay, the biffe de chorizo with Malbec Oak, and home made flan with Moscato Espuante. Kicking! Strongly recommended!
