Wing Heaven District Heights

During my recent visit, I tried the wings and they were delicious! This was my second time ordering them. The first time, I had the Parmesan and honey garlic flavors, which were really good. I also noticed that my old favorite, Old Bay, is now a top choice. I always get a mix of 12 wings. Trust me, I’m very particular about my food, so I definitely recommend trying them!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it seems to happen every time I visit. The owner seems to be cutting corners by hiring only one staff member at a time, which really impacts the customer service. The standout dish, the Wels-Nuggets, was unavailable during my visit. Additionally, I tried to call for assistance, but no one answered due to the limited staff. I dislike having to speak negatively about a Black-owned business, but I feel this situation needs to be addressed. The wings I ordered were not good either. I'm still waiting to hear back from the owner regarding my concerns.

The wings here are BOMB (very good) however the customer service is amongst the worst I have EVER seen. They are often under staffed and the staff that is there is rude and not personable at all, even in the event that THEY make a mistake....They purposely don't pick up the phone when they don't feel like it. I have experienced this literally 12 times from them. If you mention it to them in the location, they will pretty much dismiss what youre saying and wont apologize or anything. Their food is good but if the customer service stays as bad as it is, I might have to consider supporting another company.

This review pains me to write, but I really want this establishment to improve. I've supported this place since it opened recommend it so many of my friends and family. I visited it yesterday May 29, 2019. Greeted Nicely no complaints with that. But the most important part was about the Quality of the food I received. SMH! It was horrible the fish texture was like rubber and the fish tasted like it came straight out of a freezer bag fish brand and dropped in oil. No freshness to the food at all. Fries were so soggy! I was so disappointed. It just feels like they have started to cut major coners on their food. I hope this changes, please season your own fish and chicken I know it cost more but standout like you all used to with good quality food. Will give them another try soon. Hopefully everything will be better.

The food and customer service is AWESOME! I recommend giving this place a chance and let them WOW you! Great seasonings and wing sauces, a lot of options to choose from! Broccoli and funnel cake sticks are amazing. Also try the catfish nuggets that are OUT OF THIS WORLD!
