The machine broke while I was there, but the workers got it right and fixed it within 10 minutes. Custard came delicious.
It's crazy how often I still patronize this black business, even though I continue to get horrible customer service. The children are always great to talk with, but the lady manager/owner just has such bad energy and customer service. The kids always look like they're furious of her. I never write reviews but I?ve been coming to this location for years because it is local. However after today I will not be returning, the manager is RUDE always has been but today was my final straw. It doesn?t take much to smile and say hello to someone. If you?re that miserable don?t work in customer service. Or better yet RETIRE!!!!
Super friendly staff. Recommended Reese's concrete was delicious.
