Ny Chicken And Grill - DISTRICT HEIGHTS

The Ny chicken and grill marlow heights and forestville locations are on point. Unfortunately i could not express the same sentiments for this location. All though the customer service was great. The restaraunt was not clean inside. I threw my food away. I ordered a cheeseburger sub with potato wedges. I was so disappointed.

I ordered by accident in Uber eat and not taking more than 15 seconds to cancelled it this store still charged me for the entire meal almost $30 saying the order was already prepared, that’s a lie! I claimed this with Uber eat but they said is a store problem because this store doesn’t allow refunds , lying about the order was ready, a robbery !

We ordered wings with potatoes and 5 pieces of chicken, we waited 27 minutes for the order when they told us it was 10 minutesThe chicken came out raw, it still looked purple.

Delicious chicken and waffles and the chickens are always nice and crispy. However, they DO NOT honor their advertised coupons. Why advertise coupons when you know you will not honor them, that looks shady to me.

I really enjoyed eating my salad ? it had steak chicken and shrimp.
