Starbucks - Discovery Bay

The drinks were perfect but Sadly, the service was very slow.

This is the SLOWEST location. Waited 20 mins and they got it wrong. My order isn’t complex, straight off the menu. The “barista” was on her phone texting, people are waiting…. So frustrating when you’re just trying to get work.

Really friendly person in charge trying to provide great service but they were so clearly inundated that I left with my food and couldn't wait for my drink.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too… ordered a mobile order and still waited 10 minutes for it. The baristas didn’t care at all.. I’ve never experienced Starbucks like this before. Go here if you want to be late for work or for your order to be wrong

Consistently rude and poor service, a disappointment to the Starbucks brand. Better management, and training required
