Le Celtic - Dinan

Has heard good reports about this restaurant, so invited to lunch while waiting for the local bus. the waiter was very grim and seemed to serve us. had to wait for our carafe when wee. ordered omelette, as only desired. a snack. the simple omelette was in order, but the mushroom omelette was very fat and in the middle boiled. it is good to sit outside and watch people and it is probably better to order the menu of the day.

2 of our party had cured cuddles- 1 and 1 in wein and both were beautiful. another had what lines brained pie with cheese that was a very large portion and tasty. the personal especially a bubbly female were very attentive and good...fun would recommend this place.

It is bad when the kitchen staff runs a scam on customers. We would have given it 0 stars if possible. Food was mediocre, but the real problem was the woman preparing the meals came out half way thru our dinner and showed me an...English 10 pound note saying that we paid for wine earlier that day with the unacceptable note. We did have wine earlier, so I gave her a 10 Euro note to replace it, later realizing that I had paid with a 5 Euro note for the wine. Later they would not acknowledge it.

Varied menu, shown in French and English. We had a very good steak hash/fries and an excellent omelette. Both came with extras not shown on menu and the price was very reasonable. One friendly waiter and one not quite so; but both very patient with...our pigeon French. We would definitely revisit.

Hemos pedido el menú de 13 euros con el plato del día y el primero eran solo 4 gambas con muy mal aspecto. El Segundo ha ganado algo para compensar. No volvería de nuevo
