La Fontaine Du Jerzual - Dinan

Felt the need to leave this review. Food ok. Staff ok although not particularly welcoming, Lady who we think is the manageress was verging on rude. Waste of money and a low point to an otherwise lovely day in Dinan.

A beautiful spot to sit and eat but unfortunately the service did not match the surroundings. We reserved a table earlier in the day and on returning that evening were shown to another table and then made to feel like we were a nuisance for asking for the table that had clearly been set up for us with a high chair. The atmosphere in the restaurant was not relaxed and the waiters appeared strained. The manageress was extremely rude and slammed my meal down on the table in front of me. The food was mediocre at best. Such a shame as we really were looking forward to a relaxed meal at the end of a busy day and a gorgeous spot like that deserves to have great staff. We will not be returning.

Le restaurant est bien situé. Personnel très professionnel, agréable et de bons conseils. Les plats sont très bon. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Service rapide et efficace, beaucoup de choix, crêpes bonnes mais galettes un peu sèches. cadre joli.

Repas et service correct, mais facturation erronée !Les plats ont été facturés à la carte et non en menu. La gérante n'a pas voulu refaire la note en disant que c'était de notre faute si on n'avait pas précisé au serveur qu'on prenait des menus... Étant du métier, je sais qu'il est très facile de retaper un ticket pour corriger les erreurs.Son discours était bien rodé, celui du serveur aussi. Je pense qu'ils ont l'habitude de procéder de la sorte pour augmenter le prix du ticket. Malhonnête et désagréable, je déconseille fortement cette adresse.
