Snake River Saloon - DILLON

I made my reservations weeks in advance and arrived on time, only to be informed that Snake River no longer uses OpenTable. The manager claimed they hadn't used it since November 2022, and was quite rude when explaining the situation, as if it were our fault for booking through OpenTable. While she did offer us a reservation for the same time the following night, her attitude left a negative impression on us, and we decided not to return. If this is true, it would be best to remove them from OpenTable.

I feel compelled to share the disappointing experience my party had at Snake River Saloon. I made a reservation through OpenTable on December 7, 2021, for a dinner on March 4, 2022. When we arrived, the hostess, who was quite rude, informed us that they hadn't been using OpenTable since November. I was taken aback—how would I have known that? I had a confirmation number from OpenTable, and I expected the system to work as intended. The hostess then mentioned that they were using a different platform, TOCK, and that they could not accommodate us that evening. I have been a loyal customer of Snake River Saloon for over 30 years, and it was frustrating to be left without any offer of compensation, such as a gift card, for the inconvenience. As a result, we had to find somewhere to eat at a food hall in Silverthorne on a Friday night. Overall, I was very disappointed in how our reservation was handled.

This is the first negative review I have ever written. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.

Restaurant did not honor my Valentine's reservation made months ago. I even showed confirmation email and they still walked us. Ruined the date night. Stay away!

It’s a staple in Keystone and worth the money. Thumbs up
