Excellent food and much of it. The warm chips and salsa to begin are wonderful. (We even had to buy some salsa and take home) our food was fantastic. The waitress was friendly, but the service was a little slow.

We were in the south of the border, and when we came in, it looked unloved and mostly empty, so we went here instead!!! What a great experience! The food was so delicious and the service was great. LISA is indeed amazing as I read in some other reviews. If you want good food, come here! My fiancée couldn't stop eating the chicken in his rice pan. He was addicted. For those who miss the Taco Bell Mexican Pizza, you can get them here. I'm sure this is a lot better anyway.

This place was really good. I ride around the area looking for grill and led this place like 3 times. So I finally said I was trying. I usually have Mexican at home, but since I was out of town wanted to try what the locals usually have. I sat immediately when I came in and was started with warm chips and 2 different types of salsa, mild and hot. My waitress came by for a moment and imagined (crystal) and took my drink order while I looked at the menu. She then came back, took my order and put him in to be prepared. I started with the special nachos as an appetizer and ordered the pick 2 from the combination. The nachos were amazing and reminded me of the food back home. And the duck came out shortly after my completion, she checked me between her other guests she was waiting for and made sure I had everything I needed. Service was phenomenal! That was a great experience for me and I will definitely return when I am back in town. I'm a truck driver so I usually eat on the way and it's not the best at the truck stops and this place was literally less that 4 miles from where I was. Definitely a hidden jewel in Dillon! You have to try! Good prices for good food that will fill you out!
