This restaurant not only offers accommodation, but also welcomes guests for a day visit to enjoy their delicious dishes. The menu at Villa Dihovo focuses on slow food, using homemade, high-quality ingredients that are as local as possible. The food is mostly traditional Macedonian cuisine with an emphasis on vegetables. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available, with meat dishes taking a back seat. My friends and I pre-ordered dinner and were delighted with our meal. The vegetarian and vegan dishes were especially tasty. The owner, Pece, is a friendly and hospitable host who takes pride in his establishment. The surroundings of Villa Dihovo are also stunning. We look forward to returning to Villa Dihovo for another visit, and this time we plan to stay overnight.
A guesthouse in a village near Bitola. We stayed for three nights. Even during the booking process, food preferences were asked through the expensive form. The menu changes daily depending on the season and availability. All food is sourced regionally and prepared fresh daily, with most coming from their own produce. Breakfast is included for hotel guests. If you wish to have lunch or dinner, the payment will be based on your choices. Everything tastes excellent, is made with love, and a meal typically consists of multiple courses, so there's no need to hold back. The family-run establishment has been operating for about 20 years. Everyone is very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Updated from the previous review on 2021-08-22.

We definitely plan to visit Villa Dihovo again, and this time, we might even stay overnight.
