Ponderosa - Dickson

Another reason for me to like this little town,all was good my first time ever visit this restaurant,the buffet is small,but have a variety of good things on it,necessary,not a whole bunch of nothing so for me the small big picks they have,is better than a large buffet with a whole bunch of nothing on it,I ordered and promo entre that their A1 and honey steak was with shrimps and then I will return $

The food was delicious. I haven't visited there in a while. No longer can go to salad bar. When I pay for a expensive steak, I expect to have a large salad. Server was excellent and place was clean. Next time I visit I would rather get a smaller steak. Steak was cooked perfect, fries were perfect. Bread was awesome. Server was cheerful. Will probably visit again

Ponderosa is a nice family restaurant that isn’t anything super fancy but a good place to eat. The staff keeps the buffet clean and fresh, their steaks are quite good. I had the sirloin medium rare and it was perfect. The waitress was awesome and checked on us more than enough. I recommend this place to anyone just remember it is a simple place but I love simple.

Pleased to find the food bar fresh, hot and a very good selection of all my favorites of meats and vegetables. This was a very fine dinning experience and we will continue to eat there if continues to be so well maintaned. Our server was also part of the dinning experience. She was prompt to deliver our food, rolls and drinks. She really showed skills making sure that we had everything we needed with little wait time

We stop for a good hot meal once a week before going to work. Love the salad bar. Food selection is Good.. Found out most of the desserts are homemade. We've met some really nice hometown folks.
