O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Dickson

I wanted to update my review and express my gratitude for the opportunity to do so. The customer service I received was exceptional, and we are looking forward to returning soon! I chose curbside pickup tonight, and while this restaurant usually gets it right, I was quite disappointed this time. I waited outside for 20 minutes past my designated pickup time without seeing anyone. Eventually, I decided to go inside to check on the situation and found my food sitting on the shelf. I understand that it can get busy, but communication is important. By the time I got home, my food was only lukewarm, which was disappointing.

Tina is by far the best waitress I've ever had! She is incredibly sweet and down-to-earth, just my kind of person. I visited the restaurant twice while she was serving, and she never let me down. Thank you, Tina, for your outstanding customer service and ensuring my satisfaction!

The food was great, especially the cedar tree salmon. However, the waitress was more interested in having long conversations with what seemed like people she knew. I even saw her wearing a little kid around the restaurant when I got up to use the toilet room. The service was very slow. We drank several times and waited for refills. If she had been busy, that would have been different, but where two tables literally stayed in conversation.

When we arrived, the host, a very friendly girl with a lovely smile, welcomed us warmly. She led us to our table, and I immediately noticed how clean everything was—a testament to the great staff! I ordered the filet mignon with garlic butter and fries, and it was one of the best steaks I've ever had! It was cooked to perfection, incredibly juicy, and bursting with flavor. Our server was outstanding, ensuring our glasses were always full and keeping the table tidy as we ate, so we were never inconvenienced by clutter. My friend ordered the ribs with fries, and he said they were fantastic; he would definitely order them again! Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and we can't wait to return!

Stopped into this location recently and wow!! The staff is extraordinary! The hostess went out of her way to help my grandmother to our table! The entire staff went above and beyond to stop and check on us throughout our dining experience. The bald gentlemen in management stopped by as well. Carried great conversation. We will be stopping to this location more often. Thank you for your kindness O?Charley?s staff!
