I pay $40 for a 12 pice family meal I got nothing but wings and drumsticks do not recommend this place at all unless you wanna be ripped off

Bojangles is always clean , friendly staff and good food.

[Noon] My husband I arrived at the drive-thru menu, noticing only 1 vehicle in the parking lot...so we beat the lunch-time rush!?Then came the voice of the drive-thru operator, If you wanna come in, I 'll take your order, honey. Confused, I responded, Is the drive-thru closed? No answer. We reluctantly parked I took a few minutes to make myself presentable. Not prepared to go in, we got out of the vehicle to find 4 cars lined up at the drive-thru window! Ugh, we should 've gotten back in line, but unfortunately we didn 't.Inside we see 4 women working 2 customers are waiting to place their orders at the counter. After some time, they 're finally waited on. I wonder if the place just opened but soon find out that 's not the case, because all but a few tables are dirty.These employees are just not considerate, nor do they get in any hurry.An older couple gets in line behind us.We place our order are advised my grilled chicken sandwich will take 10-15 minutes, if we wanna wait. I say yes.[12:20] Then we get our bitter stale sweet tea sit down at the cleanest grimy table we could find.[12:30] I go to their foul-smelling bathroom to wash my hands, hoping the food will arrived at our table in my absence. I come back out disappointed.I kid you not, the older couple (who were in line right behind us) had their food delivered to their table, they went up asked for sauce, ate all their food left before our food was even cooked. Also in that time, the guy who ordered right before us, asked for a refund left...I 'm assuming because it was taking too long.Then another couple came in to wait about 10 minutes at the counter (even walking to the pickup end of the counter to try to get someone 's attention) only to be ignored, so they left without even being waited on.I watched, who appeared to be the manager, in the very back of the kitchen area, make a phone call as she obliviously stirred something.3 new customers came in, picked up their food went on their way. Maybe they ordered on the app?[12:47] Our name was finally called my husband had to go get our food from the pickup counter.My chicken sandwich: sloppy,macaroni cheese: bland I didn 't even get my sweet potato pie.My husband 's bacon, egg cheese biscuit: bacon was undercooked,bo fries: seasoned well but not fresh or warm,6 bo-berry biscuits: tough overcooked but not fresh at all.After wasting an hour $30, we will not be returning any time soon.0 stars really.

Bo's Chicken Sandwich was Terrific!!! Fresh made, the chicken meat was marinated and full of flavor. The crust was PERFECTLY CRISP and Seasoned. Biscuits was fresh outta the oven and fries were so Hot had to let cool before enjoying. We dined in and the floors, tables and counters were very CLEAN and the Cashier very Plesant. Also the Country Ham Bisquit was Delish! We eat at this Bojangles often, and are always very Satisfied. I DO RECOMMEND.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty spacious for the wife's wheelchair.

The food is hot and good the blueberry biscuits are fantastic the lobby could be cleaner and it's really hot in here.
