Founded in 1985, Six East Diner has the classic look you would expect, and the owner, Paul Wanas, knows how to run it. I came in and saw him sitting with customers, go outside to schovel snow, water plants, etc. He doesn't seem like the guy and everyone did it for him. That says a lot about his work ethics. What leads me to the service was great. Kenny, the waiter who served me, was very friendly and helpful, checked me regularly with a big smile so everything was fine. I would definitely recommend this place if you were looking for a good food and a decent price with great service. Ask Kenny.
I have been coming here for about 5 years. The staff really make it feel like home. The food is all homemade and always delicious.
Great homemade food, friendly staff, vintage diner. Great place for a meal every day.
Thanks for the wonderful meal to celebrate our 90th anniversary for the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. Michael
The best Pierogs I ever had in my life! They were homemade and delicious. My wife's ruby was excellent. Good atmosphere and plenty of seating. The service was great. We've never been here, but we'll be back for the Pierogies!
