Pretty ingenious tonight they took the phone off the hook so they couldn't take any orders or of any kind Lobby is closed all the time because they claim there's no help but there's seven to eight people in the back constantly apparently they don't got the mental capability to run the front counter I'm guessing been trying for a week to get a meal told me to go through the drive-thru walking when I finally did it they had me stood there for 15 minutes and embarrassing situation no less so I said I give up what a horrible establishment

Cold burgers. Forgot several items from our order. And out of root beer… how is A&W out of root beer?

Waited 30 minutes for wings and pommes. wings were overboiled and dry. very disappointed for the second time.

No rootbeer? Really?! the bathroom of the men was dirty. no soap or towels for drying. mentioned to young employees. he says he's sending a worker to check it out. when we left it, it had not been addressed yet. tables and seats were all dirty. we have left our müll on the table because the mülleimer we literally overflow. very bad experience. they get their act together.

Was told 17 minute wait for original chicken, no big deal. 42 minutes later It's an issue. Got order, half of it was wrong. Waited another 15 minutes to get it fixed. Employees were professional and apologized. But my goodness waiting almost an hour for FAST food, is absolutely absurd.
