Casa Semilla - Dibulla

We reserved Casa Semilla because all the places on the beach were full and because it got very good reviews on TripAdvisor, but we felt it fell short of expectations. We stayed in their only room which has a private bathroom. It was clean but a bit spartan: just a bed with a (good) mosquito net and some shelves. The windows had no curtains, so anyone walking by could look in. The vibe in the place was a bit weird. The staff / owner was completely indifferent to our presence, and other guests were smoking pot at breakfast. The place is about 10 minutes from the beach. After one night we moved to one of the very nice places on the beach where you can get an entire private cabana for not all that much more - I would recommend you do the same. Other reviews mention the (vegetarian) food it good, but we cannot comment on that because we did not eat there. It is certainly much nicer / more romantic to dine at one of the many restaurants on the beach.

Reserve dos noches en Casa Semilla y termine quedarme una semana porque me gusto muchísimo el lugar! Es una casa con muchas buenas energías, un ambiente muy relajado con un jardín increíblemente verde y una pequeña huerta pero sobre todo por las personas que trabajan aquí y te hagan sentir bienvenida, desde la mañana con un desayuno riquísimo hasta los varios momentos compartidos. Recién abrieron un restaurante cerca de la playa, no te lo pierdes!

Un lieu magique, des gens merveilleux, un petit déjeuner savoureux, la Sierra Nevada qui vous sourit au milieu des arbres fruitiers et sacrés... Une literie ultra confort... C'est un peu le rêve quoi

Es un lugar ideal para quienes quieren desconectarse y estar tranquilos. Yo tenía igual que trabajar y todo fue perfecto. El internet funciona de maravilla, así que pude trabajar y al mismo tiempo relajarme en medio de este paraíso. El lugar es muy organizado, limpio y bellamente decorado. Yenny, Fernanda y Tomás son maravillosos, amables y buena onda. Espero volver para compartir más tiempo de descanso.

A fellow traveller recommended me this place so I booked two nights but ended up staying a whole week because I loved it so much! The place is divine and cosy, there is a magical garden, the bed are comfy and it's very quiet at night. I felt regenerate and most of all, at home! The owners and the staff are making you feel like a special guest, starting from the morning at breakfast with delicious homemade arepas. Make sure to try their new restaurant opening on the main road near the beach!
