Domino's Pizza - D'Iberville

The best Dominos pizza I've had for a long time! Everything was done so fast and quickly came to me. The deliveryman was very nice, and my whole food was extra hot as it just came out of the oven. My soda was still cold. Total great experience! Ordered by this place :

I love this place. Always great service and almost always everything is right. If there is ever something wrong, they make it happy. I only had one or two instances in the last 5 or 6 years and we often order.

I ordered online for carryout through the drive thru and I was slightly annoyed that the guy couldn't find my order at first. I had to give my info 3 times. This store also doesn't not fully sauce their hot wings or cut through pizza all the way. It isa consistent issue.

Placed an order waited an hour which was 15 minutes after delivery time. Called up the store and they completely forgot about the 60$ order I had to 100% recite and remind him of plus tipped on a card. Delivery time since the order was first placed is anhour and 45 minutes. 2/3 pizza?s are undercooked and forgot an Alfredo pasta. Complete garbage service. 9/30/22 7pm

I rested a pizza at 7:18 pm on 8/19/22. I did not get my pizza until 8:00. I opened the box and my pizza is burned. I called to talk to the manager Jerry and he said I could bring it back in and they would remake it, he was extremely rude. I go in and hecomes rushing up to me and says because I got a thin crust, light sauce and cheese he could not take it out early because theyare busy. This is unacceptable. Is my pizza not as important as everyone else?s? He has been rude to me on more than oneoccasion. So now I am sitting here eating burned pizza because Jerry could not be bothered with helping me. I do not appreciatethe way Jerry talked to me or the way he rushed up on me. I would like to speak to Jerry?s boss. This is the most awful pizza Ihave ever had. I am just furious for the way I was treated. If Jerry can?t do his job Jerry needs to get another one!!
