Chicken Salad Chick - Diberville

This place really focuses on what's good, but there are some serious issues. Management seems to struggle with handling customer complaints themselves and often rely on someone else to step in. Charging $2 for a bowl when the portion is basically the same as a cup just doesn't sit right. If it's the same amount, then it shouldn't be considered a bowl worthy of an extra charge. It feels misleading, and the way it was addressed was unprofessional.

I had the tortilla soup and the Buffalo Chicken Salad BLT on a croissant, and both were excellent. Since it was my first visit to the restaurant, I appreciated the helpful staff who took the time to explain the menu, which had an impressive selection of options.

The Chicken Salad Chick is situated in a lovely location. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive. The chicken salad croissant sandwich met my expectations. It's reassuring to see that the quality remains consistent between this location and Gulfport. This is a great spot to visit if you're looking for a quick meal and love the variety of chicken salad options!

I had my first experience with chicken salad ****. Whitney in the register was so nice yesterday. They were so busy, but she had a smile on her face. 10/10 recommended!
