We arrived around 4 p.m. in the afternoon and were the only guests. A very nice lady took us to a cool box with fish and we were allowed to look at the catch. We then decided on calamari, once fried and once grilled, and were very happy with the choice. There were also vegetables (I think most of them from our own garden and soup on the house. As a starter we had a salad with goat cheese, I think mostly from the garden. Finally, she brought us a plate of home-grown figs and two bars of traditional soap as well as two sprigs of her own basil, which tasted very intense : . We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet here after a winding drive through the mountains, the food was really outstanding and we were greeted, treated and said goodbye very nicely. Prices are also very fair, we ended up with a total of just over 40 euros : Happy again and definitely a recommendation!

The only truly fish/fisherman restaurant in the town! You will find a window at the entrance where you can choose fresh fish, otherwise the dishes on the menu. We caught 2 fish (one the famous lion/scorpion fish, a pest species that is ruining the native species. Grilled: I must say good! Cooked well, helpful staff, fair price. For fresh fish directly from the fisherman's boat you have to go to them. Every day they display the catch, there are many varieties to choose from. The lady serving is very kind, she went out of her way to tell me a price for the fish I chose (a small one) and even though it actually weighed more she maintained the declared price. Offered by the house are a vegetable soup, perhaps also fish-based, some figs and a glass of grappa. The price seemed reasonable to me: to satisfy curiosity you can try the rosé wine produced in Avlona, but I don't recommend it, it's a bit acetate, although drinkable
