Ponram Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Had been here with family on the way to an holiday it was 9:00 pm. And we're hungry. Had stopped by this place for dinner. We entered into the so called AC dining hall which had clearly mentioned 10% extra. By the looks of it we felt the service would be as equal to 10% more. But for the surprise when we said we want veg biryani they did not have. We ordered veg soup which was so bad that it smelled and tasted as if it was out of an gutter. The vegetables in the veg pulav were sour and the waiter said if you want veg food u need to do self service in a different section out of the hotel. Which showed that the vegetarians were treated as S H I T. Never never never. Is it this place. One of the worst places I have been in.

We went for dinner and the choice of menu was adequate. The food was good to taste, but some how it is a taste that you have already tasted elsewhere with no special flavours. But visit it when you go to Dindigul

We were driving down to Pathanamthitta from Vellore. It was only 12 noon; slightly early for lunch. In front of Ponram, we got tempted to give it a try without knowing that we were about to commit our biggest mistake. The dining hall was empty...More

The service and food quality at this restaurant were very poor. We ordered biriyani but were told it was not available, only to see another table served with it an hour later. We felt cheated and the quality of the mutton was also a concern.

The taste and the amount of food were terrible. we ordered mutton brain fry, mutton chukka mutton leber fry, but the masala of all dishes tasted the same. the worst part was quantity and presentation of food. the amount is barely a quarter of the... portion served in most similar restaurants.
