The people working behind the counter were considerate about my toddler wanting a cone but inevitably needing a cup for the ice cream to melt into. The stairs and crowded ramp are not great for strollers or wheelchairs, but there is a ramp you can access from the side street. There was always a family blocking the the way onto the ramp for pictures or just hanging out, so you'll probably have to ask them to move.
I love their ice cream, but I'm a service worker and I get off kind of late! I would love to actually go in and get an ice cream cone when I'm off work at 9:30 but the past 2 times I've tried to go they have closed early. Maybe they should change their hours on line if they don't actually close at 10!
The staff was extremely friendly. I have a child that has a nut allergy. And when I asked for them to clean the scoop to prevent cross contamination. Not only did she walk to the sink wash her hands put on a fresh new pair of gloves she also opened a brand new container and used a brand new scooper. Not many places will do this. I was very touched and could not be more thankful.
Many flavors to choose from. The portions given by the scoop are plentiful and bigger than expected. I actually got a single scoop and probably could've went for a kiddie size. There were 3 workers behind the counter. The one girl who helped us was not very friendly and seemed very annoyed to be working and serving people. The other two workers were extremely nice. The ice cream itself was great and the place is super cute inside!
Ice cream is always the perfect way to end a beach day before the ride home. The line was out the door and down the steps long, but the service was quick and the ice cream was delicious.
