Mama Celeste's Pizzeria - Dewey Beach

The pizza here is excellent! I probably should have asked if she cooks it well, as it was a bit undercooked for my preference, but it was still very tasty. The sauce and cheese are both delicious. It's a cozy mom-and-pop spot. I definitely recommend giving it a try; I don’t regret going. Just a heads up, it's a cash-only place, so make sure to bring cash or use their ATMs. Overall, it’s a great spot for good pizza!

The best pizza in Delaware, even when it's crowded! Fortunately, the wait is usually short, even during peak times. Mama and Papa Celeste are incredibly friendly, and their staff has always been wonderful over the years. On our first visit back home after a long time away, Mama Celeste's is the one place we absolutely have to dine at in the area.

I don’t pay attention to what others say or complain about. Mama Celeste has been my go-to pizza place for nearly a decade, especially after I’ve had a drink (or ten) on North Beach. The pizza is fantastic—perfectly greasy and delicious, just what you need to cure the worst cravings. Give it a try, and you won’t be disappointed!
