Florida Pizza Steakhouse - Devon

I go to Devon every month or soSomehow I have never been to this Pizza Joint and I don't know why.

Stopped in while passing through town and the kids wanted pizza (I did not)They do that bubbly crunchy cheese top (on the cheese pizza anyhow).

We stopped at Florida Pizza for takeout after the Luminaria event at the Devonian Gardens.

So fortunate in this small town to have the best pizza--food and service-- right here! There are many pizza options in Devon but don't settle for anything but the best--FLORIDAS!

OK if you are looking for a quick bite but there was lots left to be desired at Florida Pizza. Waitress made us feel really rushed, almost wanting the order as she handed the menu to us. The pizza felt heavy and quite greasy, we all felt a bit queezy after for a few hours. Then we waited for our bill which never came. Kept getting dirty "Why are you still sitting here taking up a table" looks from the staff when we finally realized we needed to go to the counter to pay. Never did get a chance to check if our order was correct and we paid for the right things. All in all we won't bother going back next time we visit Devon.
