Applebee's Grill - Devils Lake

Run of the mill food with poor service. Added a star for strong drinks.

I've never been to a restaurant where servers are as scarce as they are here. There are 12 tables of guests and I haven't seen a single server for 10 minutes. They're all in the kitchen chatting very loudly with each other. Took 10 minutes for the bartender to take my order; saw them only twice after that... at the bar! Customer service doesn't seem to exist here unfortunately.

Food was OK staff was horrible girl with black eye seems to care we sat for while and she was running the bar she made sure we were taking care of but wouldn't recommend

Worst meal ever. The steak was total gristle, potatoes luke warm and broccoli cooked to mush. Will not be going back as this wasn't the first time of a poor meal.

The food here is always very good. Personally, I am a fan of breakfast, but they also have a great salad and food bar. The restaurant has a relaxed, small city feeling. You can have a very affordable and delicious meal here at any time. You also have a children's and senior menu.
