Wendy's - Detroit

I enjoyed eating, the line was short because of the time of the day. in the rule is the waiting time for this trip thru location on the road. there is not much parking space for trying to go and place and order.

The only reason why they're getting one star is I wouldn't have been able to leave a comment I was in the Drive-Thru today from 6:38 until 7:33 this is ridiculous if they don't have enough staff they shouldn't have the restaurant open the people that are there I know they're overworked and underpaid but they are still so disrespectful and every single way and then when I received my food it was very cold I would not go to this establishment at all there's no way that this store can stay open this long and be as rude and slow as possible

I called to see what time they close during 4th of July the guy yelled at me and said 20 minutes ago that was so rude so I called back right away to see what's his problem but a different guy answered and was so nice and sincerely apologized for the other guys behaviorI know they are busy and working holidays but that's not a way to treat a customerWendy's should bay attention to their employees and take care of the ones who work hard and do their best to keep the customers happy

They need to close this location down they barely have any food you order something and get home it’s completely different from what you ordered. They slap ketchup and onions on burgers when they have no more of what u ordered. Be wasting time and money on this location

Visited this restaurant on 5/17/22 11:01 am. They had the most caring and compassionate staff I've seen in long time. Food for my beloved pet was giving first. They showed understanding of how I was that day being Brownie my 16 yr old Pitbull last morning (RIH) and Wendy's was his favorite burger so I got 3 for him. They made sure his Patty's were fresh and given to me before I got mine. They talked to him through window asking questions etc. They showed cared. Food was Kool for me I gave most mine to him. He enjoyed it which was my purpose that day. Thank you to Tarissa and her staff that morning. Y'all were exceptional.. Customer service was great. Food good. Will return soon.. Hope to see them ladies again to thank through window in person..
