Jojo's Shake Detroit

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and the sandwiches arrived, but the fries came out 15 minutes later. They were out of orange soda, Starry, and ginger ale. I asked for no honey mustard on the Charleston sandwich but received extra instead. I requested light sauce on the wings, but they served them with a heavy sauce. By the time the birthday float got to our table, it was already melted. I won't be returning; this was my first visit and definitely my last.

Wow. Extremely impressed with the staff, food, ambiance etc. The place was PACKED before a lions playoff game, luckily we had reservations but as we walked in we thought there was no way they would honor them it was insanity. We waited 20 or so minutes next to the friendliest host staff working their tails off and managing the chaos like champions. When we got sat our serve was calm cool and collected. She never rushed us and answered all our questions. Our food was incredible and even though they were SO busy it came out very fast. The shakes were fun, the kids loved them! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Another server saw me taking a selfie with my daughter and stopped to ask if we wanted a photo. What a wonderful team you have! Please open a location in Grand Rapids!

We enjoyed our visit. We had made a reservation because we were attending a hockey game that evening and everything worked out nicely. We will be back!

Okay dining experience Food was okay nothing to rave about to a friend or colleague.

I had a really great experience at this establishment. I took my mom for the first time and she loved it. The customer service, food and overall ambiance was on point. Shout out to Deja for being a really good server!!!
