Ihop/applebee's - Detroit

There is a waiting time. server was friendly. eating was meh, not bad, but not unforgettable. the options were limited in comparison to other ihops, makes sense as it is a small location in applebee and not a complete restaurant like most other ihops.

Delicious pancakes and great worth for what I paid. hein was a great server!

We are in detroit for a medical emergency and our beloved person is in surgery and we must get our understanding of it. the service was so friendly and wonderful that he brought a joy to an otherwise earthly day. I cannot thank everyone of them so much for the moment of the sun

I am with a group of 17 people who decide the line for 40 minutes when the manager brandon taylor decides to say only my group and all in the line that they will not serve anymore because they do not make it fast enough. what an apology is that. I asked him if it was because he was out of the food and he said he had eaten, but he didn't make it fast enough. I am sure the owner of this place would be extremely upset to know that he lost at least $600 of my group alone, not even the at least 28 people in the line that were simply cut off without warning. Just like I said brandon taylor, you're making a terrible call, but of course it's not his business. He doesn't care!

First stop here was their takeout area for drinks and snacks. Ignored by four people. Ended up leaving with our selections for free (thank you). Second trip for breakfast was much better. Food was good. Small menus selections but what we had was good. Eggs and omelets good. Kids liked pancakes. Easy option here when stay at Courtyard. Nothing to get up and celebrate over.
