Hard Rock Cafe Detroit

Service was terrible. Women’s restroom was dirty and full of trash. Food was warm at best and not very good. I understand why they are closing. Don’t bother to go there

Made reservations which was smart then had fabulous appetizers, drinks and meals. Atrium within the building had a beautiful waterfall and when we were done eating we walked to campus martius and went ice skating Christmas trees and lights were incredible great evening

Sorry to see the Hard Rock Detroit go. They were a pivotal part of the rebirth of downtown. Hope they find a new location.

The restaurant was closed due to water issues in the city, but I don't blame Hard Rock for that. This review is intended for OpenTable and Hard Rock management. When such situations arise, it's important to update the OpenTable app to prevent guests from making reservations. Instead, guests arrive only to find the doors closed, with no apologies offered. They clearly prioritized their own operations, sending employees home and shutting down without notifying customers.

I drove to Lansing after visiting Detroit for a late afternoon reservation on Sunday, only to find a sign on the door saying it was closed. I understand that HRC may be dealing with water issues, but they could have sent us an email to inform us of the closure since we had made a reservation.
