I have an online order of 3 bacon cheeseburgers. After I came home, 30 minutes drive round, and opened my burger, 2 of the 3 had no speck. When I called back and put the problem to the test, I was told that I would come back and get the speck in the side. I asked if I could get a refund if the costs are the speck. nope. I said you can get a refund if you don't want that sandwich, but you have to bring it back. so either drive back to the load, 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back to the house. good customer service is to refund only the cost of the speck or offer a free frit at my next visit. I'm proud that the customer is always right, not back!

Five young burgers and fries can't beat! this is said to be the five youngs in the Greek city casino building on the monroe street in detroit, is good for eating and fast service, but many homeless or panhandlers come and flee. So I'm just going eastpoint if I want a five from now on. if five guys allow this place, they will have a big problem at some point. I am not surprised that they allow homeless to clean up, the personal thinks likely that they help a brother. I guess this place is bad because if you can't keep street people from harassing the customers and creating a tense, negligent atmosphere, they will eventually lose business, or just go an inner city dive only low-lifes. good luck for them!

Great scene for tasty burgers. it was so appetizing. the service was friendly and sociable. prices are appropriate. menu is similar to a restaurant in el paso i liked.
