Firehouse Subs Kelly Plantation

This restaurant has to be the worst Firehouse Subs I have ever eaten at. We were ignored when we walked in the door. There were two young ladies working and both acted like they didn't want to be there. The place looked dirty. The garbage can wasoverflowing. Trash was falling out of the top. The drink machine was nasty. One of the ladies went into the back to getsomething, it looked like a bag of sandwich meat, and was throwing it up in the air and dropped it on the floor and startedlaughing. We were rhere for about 15 minutes and I never saw them speak to anyone that walked in the door. They definitely needsome PR training.

The last time I was here it was a tasteless sandwich. This time it was one of the BEST sandwiches ever. Had a NY Steamer. Corned beef and pastrami were outstanding. Looks like a lot of newer staff and a manager owner level person at register. Veryimpressed with this experience today in Destin. Great job today folks!!!!!!

This location and the fort walton location is sooooo bad! I ordered online hoping to cut my time down, but sadly nope....ordered ahead and still waited 45 minutes for a sandwich that wasn't toasted, soggy and way to much mayonnaise, requested extra picklesand extra lettuce, but neither one was received and had to jump in line again just to get my drink cup, and found out themachine was out of most options and no ice to top it off! There was five people work and look very much like they hated everyminute of thier jobs. Sorry to say but this has become the new normal, unless you eat Chick-fil-a when you go out.

Grossly overpriced a 4? sub is nearly $7. The drink area was disgusting, most cola products were out. Chip stand was mostly empty. Floors were sticky like glue. Workers were more interested in making out than serving customers, fuethermore, neverwashed their hands after eating their own food.?. Gross overall. Wish I had my $20 back.

I should have read the reviews before stopping here. Everything previous stated is absolutely true. The staff is not friendly, they look and act miserable. Your feet stick to the floors and the overall restaurant looks and feels dirty. The drink stationis full of trash and catcher for the tea appears moldy and needs to be cleaned. The young man at the register was scratchinghis head off and on throughout taking our order and then proceeded to touch our drink cups. They ran out of regular cups so hetried to first give us kids cups, before I asked for a regular size cup. He ended up giving us medium size cups. The boxesweren?t numbered as usual. None of our sandwiches had pickles as requested. This is the WORSE Firehouse Sub location, I haveever visited. I recommend finding another place to eat.
