Ordered delivery, food tasted bad at best. I’ve been in the business for years and I’m 100% sure they are cutting corners to save money. Nobody should get soup like that and everything fried that I ate tasted like old grease. There’s no soul in their food, just a mediocre, lackluster experience at best.

We ordered multiple dishes and they all tasted like old grease oil. The hot and sour soup was raw vegetables dumped in unseasoned broth. We also ordered white rice and fried rice and both came kinda fried, one with a little more carrots. Overall the food is not good and we do not recommend ordering from here.

I got #27 soup pork. This is just lo mein noodles, and few strips of meat with a few random frozen veggies in chicken bouillon. There is absolutely no flavor. Nothing. Minimally salted bouillon cube broth. It tastes like Campbell's chicken soup watered down, with 2 snow peas. No Asian flavor at all. No spices at all.No personality in any employee. No smiles. No interaction. Not even, how are you, or thank you absolutely nothing.I certainly will not return.

China 1 offered a satisfying dining experience with good food. However, to elevate it to excellence, they could consider increasing the spice levels. Our family particularly enjoyed the vegetable fried rice and Vegetable Lo Mein. The owner's willingness to accommodate our request for Tofu fried rice, despite it not being on the menu, was appreciated. Additionally, the pricing was reasonable, making it even more appealing.
