Delicious food in a cozy setting, all with seasonal vegetables and respect for the pure flavors. We will definitely come back! Vegetarian options: The menu adapted for me as a vegetarian was excellent. Sometimes as a vegetarian you just get the same thing 3 times, or something completely different and then it is sometimes a pity that you do not experience anything from the menu or cannot participate, but that was not the case here. We recently had dinner at Bruun on the recommendation of acquaintances. What an experience! The food was delicious, ranging from mocktails and appetizers to the 5-course menu. Worth repeating. Absolutely recommended for refined cuisine!
