Whataburger - DeSoto

Fries were a bit too salty, but we are freshly cooked and the chicken sandwich Excellent! And the staff was nice and professional! Better than many fast food spots I've had lately!

In my experience, Whataburgers are always slower than I want, but the staff was nice. The food was good.

Had some trouble making my order right. You were nice. Food was good... Yeah, that's honey butter to dive my frits in Lol, it's so good!

I had a terrible experience having to drive back to pick up the correct order. When I returned, the burger was undercooked and the chili cheese fries were old and stale. I plan on informing your general manager about this as it is completely unacceptable to mess with people's food, especially mine.

I ordered two Double Meat Whataburger Junior Combo Meals with the limited White Chocolate Raspberry Shakes. They only gave me one of the shakes initially and said the other would be ready in 10 minutes, but it wasn't. By the time the second shake was ready, our food had gotten cold. I asked for complimentary fries but the manager refused. In the end, I had to microwave our food myself. The manager should have waited to give us our complete order instead of rushing us through. I was very disappointed with the service.
