Easy customer service at all locations from Desoto to Red Oak. No greeting on the pick-up page. They're trying not to look at you. So you don't have to help. If u order online you can simply go and get another order because nobody is watching or helping... Parking: Horrible location

This is the WORSE Starbucks I've ever visited! For two weeks it was the longest waiting time in the car. So I decided to come in.... OMG, the floor was sticky and I waited for the counter 10 minutes while the staff looked at me and on before a RUDE decided young woman with braid that the older lady lasted too long so that she brought her attitude to the register. She didn't ask me my name for my drink and it took me a total of 25 minutes to get all my articles. When my egg bites were ready, my coffee became cold. The day before I asked for two different egg bites and got two of them! That's PATHETIC! If there was a negative star, they would definitely deserve it!!

Long line took forever to get our drink lack of motivation of employees no sense of urgency. Bad experience does not come back. I understand that is not eating it is just drinks that order on the line people come and faster than the drive window. It is the same experience

Most mornings I have the pleasure of stopping at Starbucks with friends and family. We are always greeted with a cheerful smile while in the drive thru. Our wait in the line is usually less than five minutes. When our voices are heard the employee completes our order for us as they know what we will be getting. It's always great to be remembered by your voice and it's great customer service. It also helps that prices are reasonable . We enjoyed our morning trips to Starbucks!
