Sonic Drive-in - DeSoto

I don't want to be rude, but I believe this place has potential for improvement. On my first two visits, the coffee tasted like cinnamon mixed with water, and during my third visit, the coffee was quite disappointing—not fresh at all. This was all during the morning! After experiencing this three times, I feel compelled to rate this place at least with three stars. I really hope the owner addresses this issue, as I’ve noticed that 7 out of 10 people might not return.

I had to wait a long time for my order while others who arrived after me received their meals. When my food finally arrived and I got home to eat, I found hair in it, which completely ruined my appetite.

Not sure if it's because they're underused or just slow, but I have to wait more than 25 minutes, even if it's just a drink! I'd rather drive 20 minutes than get what's only 4 minutes away from me!

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, but unfortunately the drinks never taste correct. This was our 3rd visit in one week, and neither time did the drinks taste right. The big red, was watered down or just flat each visit, the cherry limeade taste like fruit punch sprite no cherry or lime ??‍ great disappointment, unfortunately I went somewhere else!
