Smoothie King - DeSoto

Thank you Desoto Smoothie King team! My experience here is always a pleasure and the smoothies have the perfect consistency and texture. Thank you DeSoto team for a job well done!! Keep up the great work.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order through the mobile app and drove into the drive-thru, where there was only one other car ahead of me. To my surprise, I was told that my order had just come through and they asked me to pull back into the drive-thru and wait for 15 minutes. This was frustrating, especially since other locations usually prepare orders right away when they’re not busy. When I returned to ask for a refund, suddenly they claimed my order was already made. Which is it? During my time in the drive-thru, I asked if they could start making my order, but she stopped listening as soon as she finished speaking. When I entered the restaurant, no one acknowledged me or offered assistance, despite the place not being busy. I think I’ll stick to the Grand Prairie location, where I consistently receive much better service.

Go somewhere else it’s getting HOOD! Ghetto! Current manager is the problem! I just saw an employee stick a whole spoon or whatever in his mouth before putting in the sink. I need corporate number asap! I literally want my money back! I called manger before pulling out the parking lot for her to look at the cameras. She seemed to not care and hung up. Imagine how many times he’s done that. This place has gone down hill hiring ppl that genuinely don’t have customer service at all.Update I went back and the manger NYKIRAH IS A HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF SMOOTHIE KING !! As u can see she is now mad because of my complaints and MARILYNE TOOK MY ORDER 1min later she comes to the window and says my money is no good here. And refunds me as if she owns the building. And told me I’m no longer welcome at her establishment. I need corporate number asap please.

I really enjoy Smoothie King, so I stop by their locations all over Dallas. This particular branch is incredibly clean, quick, and efficient, with a team of friendly staff members.

I found a long strand of black hair inside my cup. I only noticed it when the drink level dropped low enough to reveal it. I tried calling the store 12 times, but the phone number listed on the website is not working; it doesn't even ring.
