Why did you sell that old mac and cheese and brisket covered in fat? This place used to be good, but the last two times have been disappointing. I'm done!

The employees were too busy dancing and having a good time in the back to notice that there were 10 people waiting up front for over 10 minutes. The sign outside is so small that it's hard to tell if you're at the right place, and the food takes way too long to be prepared. It took 40 minutes just to get a fried pork chop. Overall, the service was a 1 out of 5.

My family and I ordered mild sausage and sliced brisket at this restaurant. However, they did not have enough mild sausage and offered rib tips as a substitute, which we accepted. When we got home, we discovered that there was actually enough mild sausage for our order. Unfortunately, all the sausage turned out to be spicy, causing my mother to end up in the hospital for two days due to medical reasons. It was very disappointing to hear insensitive comments made by the staff. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.
