I went to Wendy's yesterday which was 7:14 I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries the chicken were cold the fries seemed to be old on the bottom, but I didn't check them until I got home and this Wendy was on the south side wasn't very happy .so I thought I would try them again today as I was going in that direction and my mother wanted a sandwich. So I had a coupon I bought two large frosties and my mother a combo chicken sandwich well I check the chicken sandwich this time after I received it and it was all right but the little girl at the register had an attitude as I asked her if it was a grilled chicken sandwich or crispy she closed the door before she could hear all that I had to say and came back and I asked her If there a problem I'm tired of people just changing their mind wanting this and wanting that. I explained to her that I simply was asking her a question and she closed the window before my question was complete so then I asked to speak to the manager who was very apologetic and said that she would speak to her this Wendy will get no more of my business
Every Wendy’s I have went I have never had a problem adding extra vanilla to my ice coffee rather it’s mobile order or in person. And have never paid extra. Especially Altoona or 63rd locations. And even if I had to I would. Not customer responsibility if system doesn’t give you an option on app or in store to charge you. I visited this location just serval days ago was able to but because this manager is new in her words and didn’t have a way to charge me for inventory purposes they rather lose a customer and a whole order. I order a combo not just a coffee . I went out of my way to come here before work there’s plenty of other fast food or coffee places. I will not return to this location. I visit Wendy just for ice coffee Because with with extra vanilla it’s sweet enough and doesn’t taste like coffee. I even said I would be willing pay extra outside app but no way to ring up or suggested to cancel order and just ring up order at restaurant but does not take Apple Pay like other Wendy’s. Now I do not enough time to go the other Wendy’s on SE 14th st. It’s sad they should rather lose a regular customer over extra vanilla. I am district manager myself in retail in past in Food beverage industry and I know you don’t want to give out the farm but you find a happy medium. Hope she has a wonderful day because micro manage will eat your day away I’ve been there.
Inconsiderate, unprofessional, rudest drive thru employees. Do not visit at night. Drive thru girl should look into another line of work outside if customer service.
